Poor service, un willing to collect items so that they can keep on billing you!

Started using teljoy april last year, service was on point until i upfraded my package and boom they messed up my billing did double deductions for both units. I then cancelled the service and requested them to come and fetch there equipment. 4 months later they still haven't collected it and to top it all they put a judgement on my name. I will most definitely be taking this further. To Teljoy come and fetch your equipment before i toss it out.
