Poor Service

Teljoy clearly your departments does not know what each other is doing. I have sent ample of emails to your customer care email with no answer.

So customers beware of Teljoy they do commit contractual *****. They will charge you extra from month one. They will charge you even when the product is in for repairs. They will not answer their emails. They will not give your reference numbers for you calls and that the query has be lock.

Teljoy it is sad that one must go on to this platform to try and resolve problems. If my problems are not resolve asap. Consumer Goods Council and Consumer Goods Tribunal then you can deal with them.
