Poor service and dishonesty
I have a problem with Absa Teljoy. They took my TV for repairs 1st week of June and 25th June they sent me a msg that my TV has been repaired and will be delivered in 3 days. 1st week of July I phoned them because the TV was not delivered again I was told it will be delivered within 3 days. I phoned again on 27th July the lady said she will phone me in 15 minutes which never happened. On 29 July I phoned again and after that I received a msg from the technician apologizing saying they thought it was already delivered. He promised that it will be delivered the following day on the 1st of August but to date nothing happened. My *** Absa Teljoy Telephone: *** Technician number: ***

14 Aug 2020, 14:27The only thing I got from Teljoy was the apology once again and the promise that my unit will be delivered up to date my TV is not delivered. I don't know about the advice I was given, anyway I don't need any advice I want my unit back. From now on I'm canceling my premiums and I will contact Ombudsmen cos I've exhausted all avenues.
