Poor service

No service from Teljoy.. My 36 months contract came to an end in April 2020 and teljoy had to transfer ownership of my product. They never done it and is requesting me to pay rental vat every month??? For what?? They not coming back to their customers.. You will struggle to get ownership of your product once you have paid up.
