POOR SERVICE

i bought a new washing machine from Teljoy in the beginning of June after using it once the machine is already giving me problems..and when ever I call the contact centre I get told I'm going to be out to their technical support department to assist me but the phone just rings and then gets cut or it just rings and I've been trying to call them since last week even sent a email this week but no one bothered to call me back ..

for a first time customer I am disappointed with the service..

will NOT be referring people to teljoy cause they are useless.
