Poor service

The service I got from teljoy is very poor, I am the customer but had to make phn calls and emails since February and when I finally informed them that I would cancel my contract they responded and told me that they can't get the part to fix the washing machine, they informed me that they would refund me for six months that was a month ago again since then no respond from them Im angry and frustred they way they treat their customers.
