Poor customer service AGAIN!!!!!

I submitted an application for a bed and base around the 25th of November I received an SmS on the 30th of November telling me it's been ordered with the supplier and they will contact me when it's ready to be delivered no approval SMS or contact and since the 30th of November I've heard nothing from them today is the 13th of December I've phoned numerous times and sat on that phone for a half and hour with no answer I eventually reached out on their web chat and I was told it was still under review mind you this was after I received the SMS stating it was ordered so now I don't understand was I approved or what is happening because I am unbelievable frustrated at this point as I am receiving no feedback back from teljoy this is utterly ridiculous I had to submit a review like this with them about my Ps5 as well before I received any feedback or help from them. Apparently complaining on hello Peter is the only way to get information or customer service from them.
