Poor customer service!!!!

9 days ago i asked for an urgent repair(2 times logged on website and 1 email sent) on my washing machine, I was contacted 2 DAYS later to be informed that somone WILL CONTACT ME(again). Still nobody has even contacted to make an appointment to collect. After 5 days i complained and was met with apologies. 4 days later STILL NO CALL, NO ACTION FROM TELJOY!!!
