Police case
Teljoy is one company that takes their clients for granted, i am sitting with a washing machine that was supposed to be collected 4 months ago and causing a risk for me. I have called them stating that they must pay me for storage as much as they are charging me rental for their grey products I was threatened by the team leader telling me that police will come and collect me from my house. I need to know if I am wrong by saying i want storage fee as this has imposed risk and put my family at risk as the door to the garage is well exposed to the street and people can see whats in the garage
