Please dont use Teljoy

Utterly useless, you pay your debit orders and then they still say your in arrears, you send them multiple emails with the POP and still you get threatend with a Teljoy tech to come and collect, then you send another email and contact them where they reply a agent will call you shortly, just after that you get a customer satisfaction survey to complete but no one has contacted you yet.

I wil never use them again, i wanted to pay my balance in full but it seems like they do not want my money so there you go.
