PlayStation still broken !

Hi

I have sent the PlayStation I have through teljoy in 3 times for repairs since I have gotten it! Last month being the latest repair! The PlayStation is still ejecting the discs and now I’m supposed to take ownership of the device! I do not think it’s fair that I have been paying for 3 years and it’s still not a working PlayStation!! No one answers the repair center either! I do not want to take ownership if I am sitting with a broken PlayStation. It’s been the same issue over and over again and we keep getting a refurbished console back!!
