Most of them times you can't allocate my payments the I must send bank statements I was behind mybe one payments bec you can't allocate my payments I have to send bank statements and proof all the time and my account still shows in areas when I know its not please fix this issue

So way does my account still say in arrears and why are you still debiting my old account? I told them im not working in southafika anymore so I have to pay you manually every month but you are putting interest on that amount because you can't collect from the old account and then you charge me for it you can't debit my account as I get paid in dollars so I'm pay it to my wife and she change the currency and then she pay you guys on time I can arrange the bank statements if you don't believe me no probleme because of teljoy my credit score looks bad an it's impacting my credit score

My payments was always paid on time its your guys that can't allocate it in time and then it reflects badly and then you ask for bank statements all the time you know how irritating that is all the time because the arrangement was made to pay it manually with the ref number and that's what was used the ref number that you provided and still many times after they would still ask for the bank statements

Can you please tell me did they update my details I told them that I'm not working for speedies fire extinguisher any more my location has changed I have moved house no one asks that I did send them my new employment contract so I don't know if they updated it or not and definitely not the same salary
