Pathetic Teljoy

We are receiving absolutely no service from Teljoy. They are pathetic. We've been trying to order a bed that was pre-approved by them and my husband got an email that he needs to send in extra forms but never received the forms... We've been endlessly trying to contact them to no avail . Its ridiculous honestly. Then he gets an email he only has 2 days left... 2 days for what? For forms they didn't send... We can't reach them... Our emails are not answered what the hell Teljoy? So disappointed!
