Pathetic service once again

I have no joy with this company, pathetic service. I send emails, log tickets and they just dont get back to me. I want a statement. I asked for a statement before the weekend and nothing. I want to pay my account as im in arrears due to personal issues but do not get any response, but ill be charged interest for being behind. Im sick and tired of your service.
