Pathetic Service & Lack of Customer Care

A bit of advise to anyone who is looking at taking out a maintenance/service plan with Teljoy's Care Call/Easy Fix or whatever they are calling themselves. I have been having major issues with them from October 2014, till now, which is still going on. 3 of my items were sent in for repairs, and Amplifier and two DVD Recorders. The Amplifier was fixed but returned in damaged condition. The 1 DVD recorder was claimed to have been fixed &returned, it worked for a few days & then stopped working. The other DVD Recorder, all I have been hearing is false reports that this is faulty and is fixed, or that is faulty and they waiting for parts, and now some other pathetic story of the DVD Loader is faulty and no spares available. Furthermore I received the DVD Recorder back also in damaged condition. DVD-R still not fixed. Both the service agents Master Audio & Visual and Teljoy do not return my emails or my calls. I have to keep calling in for an update. Biggest mistake was taking out this Maintenance Plan with Teljoy. They don't even take down the correct faults log in when I call, and this is with different consultants I speak to. An Absolute waste of time and money. Disgusting Service
