Pathetic Service from Teljoy!!!!

have been a loyal customer for over 15 year. But the service we have received lately is appalling and distasteful. My washing machine broke and I logged it in for repairs. After numerous excuses as to why they cannot repair the machine (unable to get the part, etc.), two months later they advised me that a technician will be coming to repair the machine. The technicians arrived and not only did they not fix it but advised the machine is not turning on anymore. I contacted Teljoy and they advise me that they do not have stock but can give me another unit which is smaller. To my shock, when they eventually delivered the replacement, it is not only smaller, it is a used washing machine in a very bad state and an older model to my one. Pathetic service from Teljoy!!!
