Pathetic service from teljoy

I have never come across a company so useless like teljoy .they sell a policy to cover the electronic items and when you have a problem they leave you hanging.my 55 inch tv is with their repair center for al.ost 4 months and can not be fixed. I'm not getting a refund of premiums as per their promise and they can not return my tv since they have harvested parts from it. Whenever I call I'm told a manager will call me but no one ever calls..my money is still being debited on the 25th each month without fail.
