Pathetic service

Very disappointed in @Teljoy "rent-to-own" accouns department who hasn't updated my address since September. Seriously pathetic.

Now they are not responding to my email follow ups.

I needed them to send a technician and because the address they haven't came back to me.

Unacceptable. Contract cancellation soon!
