Pathetic service by Teljoy

I have concluded and ordered a laptop from Teljoy more than two weeks ago. I reside in Gauteng. Up until 2 weeks later and counting, they have not delivered the laptop. I made several follow ups. To no avail. Empty promises and no delivery. Nobody to complain to even. Teljoy is pathetic!!
