Pathetic service!

I am extremely disappointed! My husband and I put in an application for a washing machine about a month ago, it took Teljoy 2 weeks to get back to us and that’s only because we had sent an email stating that we are cancelling the application. The agents asked for us to be patient and guaranteed it would be sorted out within a week and we would have our washing machine. We decided to wait and what a surprise, another 3 weeks has passed and we are still waiting. We have tried calling numerous times and absolutely nothing! Pathetic service!
