Pathetic service

So i rented a fridge with teljoy 9 months ago and the freezer stepped working a month ago. I reported the matter and I was promised that the technician will come out within 48 hours I have been waiting and noone is replying to my emails nor messages. I am stuck with a fridge door that wont close and shelves that will not open. I told them to come and take their fridge since it's clear that they are not interested in fixing it but noone cares. I will not be paying for something that doesn't work
