Pathetic ! Poor service ! Charging monies they are not entitled to.

They do not charge me what they should. Forcing me to put a debit order on my account , yet i pay them every month. I saw the amount i had to pay (all of a sudden) was R50 more than what i should pay. When i called them....they said that i need to out a debit order on my account. If i dont....then i will be charged R50. They are forcing someone that always pay their account to switch to a debit order. Eventually i did sign a debit form with the amount they can deduct as i do not want a bas score on my credit name. When my bank sent me the debit confirmation....the amount was way more and not what i signed for. I am really mad because these people cannot be trusted. I cannot wait for my contract to end. I will never use them again and will never advise someone to do so. Their customer sevice are soooo bad. Charging monies that they shouldnt. Pathetic !
