pathetic money making *********** Teljoy people..

so after being told my account is in arrears,going to telljoy in Randburg seeing manager Cindy Roux shows my bf the so called missing months writing it down herself on a piece of paper,me sending thise so called months proof of payment just to get told thats not the months.with long long stories..so i pay my arrears all up to date on Wednesday today is Saturday telling me my payment hasn't reflected yet as i said i wanted my certificate to state its mine by friday but still nothing after sending proof of payment...absolutely pathetic..oh and anouther thing is yje contract was 36 months i took it out in July 2018 so which means July 2021 is 26 months but shes states it only ended in September 2021 clearly didnt take maths .so charged for two months extra these people just want your money bunch of ********...iam giving them til Monday then further actions will be taken
