PATHETIC MANAGMENT AT TELJOY
I don't think anyone in this company reads or communicates?? Do you guys have managers? they don't seem to exist because none of them ever call me ? after numerous requests ??? CINDY ROUX ? WHERE IS MY CALL" IN AN HOUR" FROM FRIDAY ? NEVARRE SINGH ? WHERE HAVE YOU ESCALATED MY CASE DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE? no response received on my email ? BERNARD IN CUSTOMER CARE, WHY ARE YOU DOUBLE BILLING ME ? apparently everything has been escalated and not one manager has called me ?

13 Jan 2022, 19:29Hi Teljoy, you need to resolve the issues on my account, and provide answers as to what happened, advise as to why your "managers" are not doing their job? explain where my refund is that was paid on the 7th of Jan ? Do your directors and senior management even see the service quality drastically deteriorating ? and just decide to ignore that their business is failing their clients on a massive scale ? I presume not, however please get management who is fami**** with the system and process of how things work in the accounts department to call me, you have all my information.
