Pathetic!! Humiliated!!! Furious!!

They don't even deserve that one star. I am so furious with them!

Firstly for calling me a thieve like they do with all other clients who have fallen behind on payment. I get that this is a business and when people don't pay it affects the business but doing what they did is so unacceptable, no matter what.

I am behind on my account, I know this and I know there are consequences but I was in contact and did arrange to settle the account in next week. Yet that did not stop them from doing what they did.

While working I got a message from my ex sister in law saying people from Teljoy was just as her parents house to collect things (the items I'm renting), her parent -my ex in laws- obviously furious with me. Problem with this is, I have not lived there for the past 7 years, I have never given my ex in laws address for anything since I moved out so where did they get this?

Not only did they go to my ex in laws, who has nothing to do with what goes on in my life but the person who went to do the collection is extremely rude, tooting his hooter in front of people's houses like a crazy person and being rude to everyone.

This is so frustrating and humiliating. My ex husband has nothing to do with what goes on in my life now he also knows I was in financial trouble which has absolutely nothing to do with him.

I expect two apology letters to be sent. One to me and one to my ex mother in law!

I also want to know how Teljoy will fix this!!!! Tel me how you will fix humiliating me like this!!!
