Pathetic customer service
I have had just about enough of their service not only are they rude and unmannered but they are fully capable of harassment and threats after notifying them via sms that i am unavailable and not at home.. Their customers service is pathetic!.

Please reprimand your staff for their unprofessional disrespectful ways of communicating with a customer, as i received threatening sms's and was harassed by "Brian Mitchell" cell nr i was contacted from ***.. I did notify him/them that i was not home as i had a family emergency but the lack of understanding and proper communication is pathetic!
And he had the audacity to throw the phone down in my face.
