**** pathetic customer care****

We are not happy at all- our fridge broke on monday night - contacted Teljoy on tuesday - stated that they will get a technician to contact us to make an appointment to repair our fridge. Wednesday a technician phones and tells me that he is at my house within a half an hour - stated to him that I wont be home till 2 as I am at work- he got very rude and stated its not his problem and will not wait around till and stated that I shpuld get someone else - I contacted teljoy to arrange this and till today I have not heard anything from a technician - and I am fed up calling teljoy just to hear they will get onto the matter - I have lost food - who is going te replace that - Not happy at all with the service -
