Pathetic!!!!
From a sales point of view Ruth was great but the good service was LOST. I placed an order and paid the 24th March, then got phoned late last week saying they out of stock. I have a business trip that I was supposed to take today NOW the even worse courier company they use, comes with ******** they only deliver between 9am and 15:00!!! Working hours, WHY DOES RUTH NOT SAY THIS 2 WEEKS AGO. I Want a call from a MANAGER before 5pm TODAY and spare the excuses!!!! I have mailed Ruth as well and she's not even bothered to respond.
