PALESA - EXTREMELY HAPPY CLIENT

I would like to send a special shout-out to Palesa, that girl really knows how to handle irate customers. I had been struggling to get assistance with an application I had processed over a week and a half ago. I kept getting mails asking for documents i had already sent in, after being told I will get "the call" every day till I almost canceled. She really knows what she's doing and it almost feels like she enjoys her job. Without her help, I would have canceled and not even have my order sent just the following day. SHE IS A KEEPER!!! Thank you, girl!
