Paid the final ownership amount but still being invoiced by Teljoy

I am once again forced to seek assistance publicly because this matter still has not been resolved despite my repeated efforts to work with Teljoy directly.

After months of confusion, delayed responses, conflicting information, and numerous attempts to obtain clarity, Teljoy eventually informed me that a final payment was required to transfer ownership of my Garmin device into my name.

In good faith, I made the payment exactly as instructed by Teljoy.

However, despite having:

- Completed all required Vitality activity goals throughout the full 24-month period - Submitted proof of my activity goals when requested - Obtained clarification regarding the ownership transfer process - Paid the final amount Teljoy advised was required

I am still receiving invoices from Teljoy.

This is completely unacceptable.

As a customer, I have done everything that has been asked of me. Yet I continue to spend time chasing answers and trying to prevent further billing on an account that should already have been concluded.

I would like Teljoy to urgently explain:

1. Why am I still being invoiced after paying the amount required to transfer ownership? 2. Has ownership of the device actually been transferred into my name? 3. Has my account been closed? 4. Have all future billing instructions been cancelled? 5. Why has this process been so poorly communicated from start to finish?

This matter has been characterised by poor communication, delayed responses, inconsistent information from different agents, and a lack of ownership from Teljoy's customer service team.

I am requesting that a senior representative review my account, provide a written explanation of the current status, confirm that no further amounts are owing, and ensure that this matter is finally brought to a close.

Customers should not have to resort to public complaints after complying with all requirements and paying the amount requested by the company itself.

I would appreciate an urgent response and resolution.

Reviewer Update
While I appreciate the acknowledgement and apology, this matter remains unresolved.

At this stage, I am not seeking further explanations or apologies. I am seeking confirmation that the necessary administrative actions have actually been completed.

Given the length of time this matter has been ongoing and the repeated communication failures I have experienced, I request that a senior agent or manager be assigned to my case and contact me directly before close of business today with a clear update on the status of my account and the steps being taken to finally resolve this matter.

I would also appreciate written confirmation of the expected timeline for final resolution.

Thank you
Teljoy
