OUTSTANDING SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND

I am amazed at the service I received from Katie More. I have been a customer of Teljoy for many years and was so disappointed at a Defy dishwasher upgrade I received recently that just didn’t work. Teljoy’’s Katie More as well as Audrey Africa were the ONLY two that took me seriously and help me get a replacement today on the day of lockdown. These people work so hard and really deserve to be rewarded richly for their dedication to your business. I really hope that that the powers that be show these employees every bit of respect and see their value to the business. I am very very grateful
