Outdated Data base

I have been contacted by Teljoy regarding a possible product I was interested in, shortly after that receiving a email telling me I am pre approved.

After sending the relevant documents as requested, I conveniently got a email stating "APPLICATION DECLINED".

when I enquired about this, they told me that my credit rating is weak, when I checked it, I have a excellent rating. Then I got informed that I was still under debt review, this ended 2 YEARS AGO!!!! since then I have managed to maintain a good credit rating and still doing so.

TELJOY's data base is seriously out of date, you would think for a company like this they would at least maintain and update info from their side.

My opinion......... they got no current relationship with the ITC, no updates on anything or anyone.

I would strongly advise NEVER to make use of TELJOY's service.

PS, in no way am I shifting any blame on the consultant,as has he is working from a very OLD and OUTDATED system.
