Ongoing Poor Service

I recently posted a review on the poor service from Teljoy. Immediately after the post they called me and ensured me that they are reviewing the case and that they would come back to me the next day.........that was on Monday 24/02/2020. It is now 28/02/2020 and as yet no call! Oh yes they did call me on Monday to ask me what loan unit they gave me, like they don't keep record of what equipment they are giving to whom!
