But it do not stopped you never let us know that the period of 36 months is finished you getting on collecting the payment monthly. 11 August 2021 i sent my first review on hellopeter them you come back and sent us a refund form what we must complete and sent back to you. You never inform us how long will the refund process will take. My husband email and asked because there is no way in hell you answer youre phone or come back to us. Then Thembinkosi Ngwenya said it wil take 7 to 10 working days the tenth day was 31 August and we here nothing of you people the 1 Sept you take a payment again but we still not get our refund for the 12months payment you take while you knew the 36 monsths is finish. Now it is already 49 months we paid. You is bussy ****** our money and ignore every email we sent for you. I wait for you people to contact us and please inform us why do you NOT do our Refund? Why do you not contacted us while you say every time if we whants to know something we must contacted you while youre SO CALL TOLLFREE NUMBER IS NOT A TOLLFREE NUMBER!!!! I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU HANDLE LIKE YOU HANDLE US. WE ARE PENSIONERS BUT THAT MEAND NOTHING TO YOU TELJOY. IF YOU DO NOT WANTS TO HELP US YOU URGE US TO LOOK FOR SOMEBODY TO HELP US!!!!!
