Once again pathetic service

Here we go again. Zero customer service only demands. So I complained before. After my hello Peter complaint I get a call from teljoy finally accepting accountability for their mistake. A promise to credit my account and cancel 1 of my accounts. To this day no credit that I can see only demands for payment which I will not do until my account is up to date. Have asked for a live statement but nothing has arrived not even an answer.
