Logged a complaint still awaiting for Cindy from Collections to call or give me feedback towards my account till to date no feedback or a call neither an email nothing. Portia has been calling be which i am not happy with the results provided. Your Saya Recoveries collection department has given me a settlement amount with regards to my Teljoy account, because teljoy could not give me a settlement amount with regards to my account. This matter is being handled with no interest what so ever TELJOY can ***** themselves they having *********** people around because yet they could not give me a settlement amount rather to refer me to SAYA Recoveries. SAYA Recoveries has given me a Settlement amount now i have settled the account and teljoy comes back and say i owe them for 3 months and Portia calls again saying its now 2months for November and December which i have paid those two months. I Want Cindy to call me or Cindy boss to call me Not an Agent because Portia will monitor the account and Lebogang is handling my account.
