not ending contract after 6 emails

mu contract was supposed to be done on 1st of november 2025 they sent email in September 2025 asking if i want to continue or end it and own the products i said i want to own they rep**** said they will sort it out now i have been billed for November and december with no one sorting the problem out i have asked numerous times for manager to contact me yet still no manager has contacted me
