Not a good start
Just received a message from Teljoy saying they haven’t received my documentation & my application has now expired. How because I submitted all required documents.

I have waited for an agent to call me but no one has tried to call me. I wanted to make something special for my grandson who is coming from the US soon but it seems that won't be possible. I am highly disappointed as 48 hours has passed.
