non reside service area
So I app**** for a tv and it was pre approved, I got a email to say the approval department cannot proceed working on your application on grounds that you reside at non service area!!!!! I took working time to complete all the documents I had to send 4 x time and took my data!!! WHY DONT YOU INDICATE IT ON THE ADVERTISING OR WEBSITE??? This is really bad service!!You can use courier service for PE and Bloemfontein, Why not to Limpopo?

We understand your concern and frustration. If you are in a non service area it means that we do not have agents in the area that can repair or service your unit as it is a benefit of the rental agreement. Therefore we cannot assist.
