Non delivered item

I placed an order for a dvd system with Teljoy on Wednesday 14.02.2018. I then got a call from the call center and all docs they requested was sent. I am not going to mention names, but I was promised someone from PE will call me to arrange delivery on Friday, 16.02.2018. I am still waiting. Teljoy can either cancel the contract, or deliver on time. Since 14/02/2018 until 19/02/2018 after successful approval and still no items.

I always had absolute joy with Teljoy, but I am not too happy now. did not want it to go this way and end up on HelloPeter, but hey.....
