No service is it worth buying from them (Teljoy)

I struggle with them since last week wednesday.(I did apply and then they never received my application)when I phone they suddenly receive it.Theu sent message that it has been approved,on the email it said someone will phone me and talk with me and do the arrangement.(Still no calls)When I phone today they put me through from 1 place to another and then you hold on for 1min.No help,no call.Is it worth it to things frim TELJOY.
