No service!

I put in a request Yesterday (11/02/2020) for a repair on my washing machine I am renting from Teljoy after the first repair done 2 months ago that they sent someone who did not even know what they were doing as they did not fix the washing machine, they only told me the drum was dirty after I told them that the machine does not spin properly and makes a HUGE noise when it does. Now Teljoy is not even getting back to me regarding the repair. They do not contact me nor are they responding to my e-mails.

That is not the kind of service anyone wants from Teljoy after they tell you that repairs are included but they do not even want to get back about repairs.
