No response to requests - avoid Teljoy!
Quick to respond when you're a new customer. When trying to cancel your contact - not so much. They will get a surprise when I drop off their product at their premises later today

06 May 2022, 08:42No you don't. If you did you would've responded to one of the 4 emails I sent. Or confirmed collection like Lance promised high and low this morning "Immediately after this call Mr Strydom". Please don't lie to consumers, it makes you look even worse.

06 May 2022, 10:43That's what the email said, so that was the plan. Nobody called me or attempted to call me, except for the driver to say he's at my house. The goods were not prepared for collection, nor is anyone available to facilitate the collection. I was advised per email that collection will take place on Monday.
