No response to application
My husband app**** online last week Thursday and still has not gotten an email response or a phone call. All that was received was an email confirming that the application is complete. Does it really take this long to get approved or declined? From what was stated in the email, somebody was to contact him within 24 hours. It is really disappointing as this is quite urgent and would have appreciated any kind of feedback whether positive or negative. Not happy with the service.
