No response on your emails and calls

I keep receiving sms that I owe Teljoy I'm trying to make arrangements with the number they said I should call I can't get hold of them I sent emails no response they loaded my account on Trans union as faild payment now my credit score drops because of them and I can't talk to anyone I wouldn't recommend any one for this ****pie service they give
