No response from Teljoy sales department.

My fiancé app**** 2 weeks ago for two appliances. He got approved but is still waiting to be contacted by Teljoy in order to proceed with the application and take delivery of the items. We call everyday with no success. Every agent we speak to says that "Mpho" has to contact us regarding the application and the verbal contract, yet Mpho does not call back. Needless to say the appliances we ordered were on special, which has since expired. We are existing customers with Teljoy and are therefore deeply disturbed by the service we are receiving now.
