NO RESPONSE

I am a self - employed individual and over the last 3 months my income has dropped by almost half. I have to make a decision whether I need to pay for rent, electricity, wifi, food or bills - I choose rent and electricity and wifi (to keep my business afloat). I have sent Teljoy 2 letters (26/08/2026 and 01/09/2026) and I received ticket numbers via email. 2 days later I receive another email to say that the ticket has been closed. I can no longer afford to pay Teljoy and have sent letters to voluntarily return the goods to them but they do not acknowledge my letters. This morning they sent me a threatening letter but still not reply to my emails. Please respond to my emails so that I know how to move forward without getting deeper into a financial crisis.
