No joy with Teljoy.

Experience has been horrible since the start. I put in an application about 3 weeks just to get a fridge for my apartment I just moved into. After getting passed the credit check stage, I have phoned servers times speaking to several people who work there trying to get an answer as to where my application is in the process and why this is taking so long to progress so I can get my fridge.

The last call I made last week I spoke to a women and she said she doesn’t know why it takes long but it is just 34-48 hours after submitting each document. She said she would follow up and get back to me - this never happened.

Not to mention the constant emails and texts saying I have 2 day left to submit my documents , when everything has already been submitted.

No one replies to emails , no one can give any answers as to where your application is in the process etc.

I am STILL WAITING for someone to let me know Where I am in the process as I urgently need a fridge.

After this experience I wouldn’t not recommend people use Teljoy.
