No joy from Teljoy

I changed TV's and got charged a pro rata installment more than the actual installment. My old unit was collected and the new one delivered. This was not even a week before the debit date. I then get charged R576.84 pro rata for the new TV, which I was not even aware of. How can you expect a person to pay the normal monthly instalment of R569.78, plus an additional R576.84 for a TV they did not even have for a week? So this month, you tried to collect the R576.84 pro rata x 2?? Why? Plus my R569 instalment (which you got), and another R500 odd?? No man, do your calculations. I sent emails for a call back, as I would like to cancel, nothing yet Better, you can collect your goods, and cancel my contract, as I also sent you an email to do so on 02/03/2020.
