NO JOY from Teljoy
Still -no joy at Teljoy.
3 different agents promise to walk to the warehouse and find out what is happening and promise to call me back with feedback within 2 hours..I think I have spent over 3 hours calling them back -NEVER received a call back? Every time I call, that agent is on leave. The manager is also never available. Today I was told the turnaround time is 21 days-S.H.O.C.K.I.NG!!!
